As you can tell from our name, we started out making natural soaps. Now we have not only soaps, but bath and body care products and locally made handcrafted items available through our website and our brick-and-mortar Store in Myrtle Point, Oregon. It has given us an interesting history!
We still make all our natural soaps and bath and body products with carefully selected natural ingredients, by hand in small batches. Why go to the trouble today when commercial products are so cheap and readily available? Because most of those commercial soaps are harsh, dry out and irritate your skin with prolonged use and nearly all body care products are laden with synthetic chemicals we would all be better off not putting on our skin every day. And we're sure that when you try our handmade soaps and body care products you will agree they are worth the time, care and attention we put into making each batch. Our natural soaps are gentle to sensitive skin and make a luxurious lather--without drying out your skin.
As we've grown, we've found a number of bath accessories to complement our natural products. We carry several different soap dishes along with organic cotton washcloths, nail brushes and pumice stones.
Opening our store in Myrtle Point gave us the opportunity to showcase other unique handcrafted items made by local artisans. There are some very talented people in this area! Who knew that the ex-Mayor of Myrtle Point made Myrtlewood Pens! Or that a local potter created whimsical pottery using impressions of local wild plants!
All in all, this gives you a great opportunity to select quality products for yourself or as gifts for your friends or family.

Whenever you put a product on your body you should know exactly what is in it, so I've tried to provide you as much information as possible so you can make fully informed choices about which of our products you might want to use yourself or give as gifts. With that goal in mind, we list our ingredients next to every product. Our Glossary of Soap, Ingredient and Cosmetic Terms provides understandable definitions of those ingredients if you need them--so you know exactly what you are buying and using.
