When you need some quick, deep, moisutization, this is the way to go. The lotion bar is made with a high percentage of African shea butter, so it is solid at room temperature, but then melts with body contact. As a result, you can carry a solid bar, and when you rub it on, it melts and absorbs into your skin. For convenience, the lotion bar is packaged in a small tin, so you can easily carry it with you.
Shea Butter has been used for hundreds of years as an excellent moisturizer and healing oil for the skin. We also added Monoi de Tahiti oil, which is made by absorbing the scent of gardenias into coconut oil - it smells heavenly. To that we added just a little bit of a gentle fragrance - voila! - a well rounded and sensual scent.
